   Great quality kit when it eventually arrives but absolutely shambolic customer service. Paid for premium delivery twice for it to take over a week to arrive (and via Evri...hardly premium/trusted) Had multiple orders cancelled due to lack of stock despite it showing as available in multiple sizes on their website with no apology. You'll get emailed a 10% discount code to entice you back but it wont work at checkout and good luck getting a reply from support. Looks like reviews for years have been mentioning how poorly ran this team is and there's been no change. Very disappointing.

   Hotel situated on working farm at top of Loch Voil in Trossachs with stunning views. 9 miles down loch side on single track road. Food is fabulous- fine dining. Rooms are cosy. Hotel is charming, friendly and a little eccentric but has gained a reputation. We enjoyed the lounge room with wood stove on a rainy day. Dogs welcomed .

   Decent kit but truly awful service, must avoid unless buying in person in my opinion. In my experience the likelihood of an on-time or close to on-time delivery is akin to winning the lottery. Ordered branded team kit for an event, order placed in June 2023, ordered 2x uni suits, leggings and a couple of tops. Only a single uni suit arrived in time for the race which left me significantly short of kit for the event. A few months later (3 months maybe) the tops and leggings arrived. Dispite countless promises to deliver the second uni suit it's now March 2024 and it's still not been delivered nor has a new date been given not that it would hold much value at this point.

   Terrible customer service, they will hide behind the fine print... I bought a Medium Unisuit as part of a club order, it is bigger than other brand suit that are Large. They will not look at it as it is a custom order. Whilst I appreciate their fine print, I don't appreciate their willingness to hide behind their fine print without trying to resolve the issue. This suit is easily 4" too long and wide. By their sizing charts, I could buy either Medium or Large, but opted for Medium as this is Lycra... The ease with which they are prepared to write you off as a customer is disturbing

   5 stars for Service, I live in Ireland and wanted to buy a marino headband to compliment the rowing kit I got my daughter for Christmas. The head band is £19 but when I came to postage the cost was another £19 due to Brexit. So I mailed the service team and Sam came back almost immediately saying it was due to Brexit but what if they tried it unrecorded and as a trial they would sent the first one out for free to try. So that is what we are doing. Nice touch and I applaud the fact they are listening to their audience and putting in place simple solution. Well done Sam and the Crewroom. James in West Cork
