   The woman with the light hair that works for you is an absolute embarrassment to your company. My friends and I walked past yesterday as she was shouting and threatening abuse towards others in the centre before returning to work in your shop. After witnessing her on several occasions doing this I will not be shopping with you and I’d advise others not to. Bullying and threatening behaviour is unacceptable and the way she looks down at other customers within the centre, myself included is disgusting. I don’t know her neither do many of others I have spoken to and she definitely makes us feel uncomfortable to buy from your shop. I decided to go to Asda garage instead which is a shame as she is losing your company money

   Said to myself that id never go back to this store after receiving such godawful customer service off one of the employees around a year ago,i think her name was Rachel. She was completely rude to me, not helpful in the slightest, acting like she had something more important to be doing then helping so i never went back. Unfortunately had to bite the bullet the other day & went into the store just to be greeted with the best customer service from a new employee mark. Had such a friendly conversation with him & walked away with a couple new vapes & liquids will deffo be back again.

   Used to buy my vapes and liquids on ebay. But since Rachel started working in evapes. It's now my go too. She helped me chose a vape perfect for me and recommended liquids. She's always happy to see me come in and her customer service is fantastic.

   Was in the store today and was served by Rachel, always polite and so helpful it’s a joy to walk into the store and see her working. Every time I go in it’s great. She is the best. Fiona is also great as well and I love chatting away to them both. Would definitely recommend Evapes to anyone who is looking for great service and a good laugh

   1 star service from your awful employee Keiran. All I can say is appalling. I regularly buy vapes from your shop and usually am served by Chris, who has always provided a fantastic service whenever I am in. I was in your shop last Thursday morning and I was disgusted by the sorry excuse for an employee that you had serving. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the shop I was completely unsatisfied with the service that this employee Keiran provided. He was rude to both myself and my friend and had an awful attitude towards us. Safe to say we both walked out without making any purchase due to his lack of customer service. As a company you should certainly not be satisfied with leaving this Keiran to represent yourself and your business in this way. The only salvation of this company is the outstanding customer service that we receive from your employee Chris every other time that we visit your shop to purchase vapes.

   The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because the service I received from Ciaran was appalling, he was unhelpful and did not know entirely what he was talking about. He acted like he did not want to be there and it felt like he was talking at me not to me. I got Chris to take over as I was not wasting my time talking to Ciaran. Chris was helpful and well mannered, along with giving good advice about the vape I was purchasing.

   5 stars? Is that all I’m able to give??? I regularly shop at the Livingston e-vape store, sometimes a few times a week, and I don’t think I could come up with a bad word to say. The staff are amazing, never been to a shop before and felt as welcomed as I do here. They are knowledgeable and know exactly what they are talking about which is great when it comes to any questions at all you have. To top it off the staff are friendly, funny and well mannered, it makes me look forwards to my next visit. I couldn’t recommend e-vapes enough, thinking of buying vapes at another vape shop? Well stop! No! Shop at e-vapes! That is all! …. Go shop at e-vapes

   Absolutely brilliant customer service from Chris. Had an issue with a vape I had bought previously and he’d resolved the issues very quickly and and made sure our experience while we waited was not boring. 10/10 recommend he is fantastic

   I was served by Chris this morning and he was very polite and well mannered. Offered loads of advice on different vapes and flavours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn’t say the same for the woman working there as she was rude and spoke in a disrespectful manner while sitting on her phone.
