   After two attempts, they have been unable to groom my dog because they say he is "restless." An independent groomer was able to bathe him, trim his nails, and even groom around his eyes without any issues. I don't think it's a good place.

   We’ve had an unfortunately disappointing experience with this dog groomer. Communication has been a significant issue, with frequent rescheduling and last-minute changes to our appointments. Despite numerous attempts to cancel an appointment over the past two weeks, we’ve received no response to our voicemails or our calls. Even when we finally reached them two days before the scheduled appointment, we were met with resistance. The groomer not only refused to refund our deposit but also failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the lack of communication and repeated scheduling errors. This experience has left us frustrated and dissatisfied with their services. We hope others can learn from our experience when considering this dog groomer.

   We would like to thank Dawn at the Groom Room Linlithgow for looking after and making our dogs looked lovely. She has groomed our 3 Lhasa Apsos for the past 5 years, and has been efficient ,kind and very helpful. As we have just sadly lost our last pet, Juno we are taking this opportunity to say Groom Room are very lucky to have Dawn in their employ as she's a great groomer and we would highly recommend Groom Room because of Dawn. So a huge thank you from us Mr & Mrs Woods

   Cancelled on us within 24 hours notice as they didn't have enough groomers for my so called "aggressive" dog, who attended an independent groomers today and they claimed she was a fantastic nature.
