   What i order vs what i receive. THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH OUT !!! If there is any at all! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!! I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN BESIDES THAT I HAD TO PAY RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR THE DELIVERY ! THEY HAVE TO FIX AND TAKE CARE OF THIS MISTAKE I HAVE PAID FOR SERVICE AND A PRODUCT AND TO BE THEREATED LIKE THIS TALKS REALLY BAD ABOUT THE COMPANY. I HAD FRIENDS TELLING ME NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM SINCE THEY HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES AND I WAS LIKE COME ON THEY CANT BE THAT BAD. WELL THEY ARE !! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

   Selection is small but decent. Obstacles everywhere including boxes of stock, stepladders at one point making it difficult to get out. Was more surprised at how cold and disinterested the staff member was - not responding to a hello, checking his phone while serving, maybe uttered one syllable before reluctantly handing me a receipt and making it feel quite awkward I was there.

   Disappointing experience at this Sports Direct branch. I visited the store and was shocked to find only one person behind the till with no staff in sight. I had to go downstairs to buy football boots for my sons, only to find no one there to assist me. When I needed a different size, I had to trek back upstairs to get help, which was painful given my age. The lack of staff and poor customer service made for a frustrating visit. Hopefully, the management will take steps to improve the staffing and customer experience.

   Shocking service. I ordered the Mansfield Boot Sn99 and Sports Direct sent a different, cheaper pair shoved into the Mansfield box — downright deceptive. I emailed full details with product codes and photos; customer service replied only to ask for the exact same codes I’d already provided and then went silent. Wrong item, wasted time, zero resolution — avoid. Order number: SD40000127334642.

   Ignore the dodgy exterior filled with graffiti. The store was filled with discounted shoes and basic sports wear. The staff was helpful in helping me find my shoe sizes. Prices were competitive about 20 pounds and above for a pair of shoes.

   The most ridiculous service I have ever received. Purchased a pair of UA socks, walked out the shop and then realised I had picked up a size too big. I returned to the store to exchange for a more suitable size and despite the fact I haven’t even open or worn the thing, I was told I couldn’t exchange the product. If I had worn them I would have totally understood the policy but I think it’s absolutely non-valid policy for unworn/untouched product. Fix up Sports direct.

   Manager is very rude, doesn't know how to speak with customers, we bought a Nike shoes from this shop, in just 2 months it got a hole from the toe side. We went their for the exchange, he rudely said we cannot exchange it, because of 28 days return policy. The shoes was worth £45 and in just 2 months it got damaged, so not even sure they are selling original company shoes. Manager should learn how to speak with their customers. Reminder to everyone if you want quality products don't even think of going here.

   Range of stock is very minimal and all of it seems the same. Wanted gym wear but nothing is really there despite being a sports shop. Staff seem uninterested too.
