1st visit here today and Amanda was lovely ,very professional and made me feel at home and I absolutely loved my hair I will 100 percent be back for my colour etc ,thanks again for hair !

Massage therapist is very thorough and totally relaxing and makes every visit. A pleasure. Lovely manner, and always on time. Hairdresser also superb. Easiest hairdresser I have ever dealt with and so willing to listen to what I want. Family business, and both mother and daughter make it seem that you are the most important person ever.
I had been going here for years and the last time I visited was April this year. I regret that decision now. The woman who cut my hair was clearly in a rush to cut it and get me out. It was not the usual person and I had never seen her before. I said to her I wanted my hair cut to just below my shoulders. She wet my hair and started cutting. What I was left with was not what I wanted. I was mortified and upset. My hair was ABOVE my shoulders and sitting level with my chin. I pretty much paid and ran home, I was in tears and when I got home I was in a right mess and didnt want to leave the house. Now I am stuck with the most hideous hairstyle I have ever had. I couldnt even complain as I didnt want to leave the house and I was to angry too. I will never ever be back there again. They have lost my custom for good. It will be interesting to see if this actually gets posted and if they contact me regarding it.
