   Thought level 5 might be too hard for us but we managed with a few clues. Anna explained everything beautifully. Once we were in the room, there were clues offered at appropriate times and we got an immediate response when we asked for one. A great Escape Room. Very well designed.

   Had a great experience here with the Merlin Spellbound room. The puzzles were just difficult enough to keep you on your toes but easy enough to work out once you re-assessed. The room was very theme oriented and things started falling into place towards the end. Our room host, Taylor, was great. She only stepped in twice when we were VERY stuck and doing something completely wrong, but otherwise left us to it which is appreciated. Will be back!!

   We were a party of 5 and this was our second escape room with this group that we played. We enjoyed both rooms for the intriguing puzzles that were not crazy difficult yet did take thought and discovery to solve. We never felt like overcrowded in the single rooms yet bigger groups would have a crowding problems. We like puzzles that take more than one person to solve and these rooms had these. Matthew was a great host, getting us set up immediately after he got another group going, doing his intro with great energy and fun. Thanks for making our visit to Edinburgh extra fun!

   Our host Emma was really nice and very welcoming! The room was honestly too easy, despite it being rated as a 5/5 difficulty. By far the easiest room we’ve ever done, so we were a bit disappointed and frustrated, as we were really looking forward to it. We had a good time, but the game was a bit barebone. Wouldn’t recommend if you’ve experienced other escape games before, it’s probably gonna be too easy for you too!

   Brilliant experience and really enjoyable game with lots of different puzzles. Our quiz guide Taylor gave great clues when we appeared to be struggling but not obvious enough to make it easy. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return to tackle some other rooms in the future.

   A fantastic escape room (speaking from experience of having done dozens), great balance of difficulty, fun and immersion. Alex was a fantastic host! Special thanks for manager’s flexibility in letting us move a booking free of charge last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.

   Done both the escape rooms here and loved them! Just did the Operation Odyssey one today and it was so much fun. It was our favorite escape room of anywhere we’ve been to. The host, John, really made the experience fantastic and immersive. The puzzles were creative.

   Husband and I played the Odyssey game and it was a lot of fun. The puzzles were just the right level of challenging and as experienced escape room players we were able to get out with just the two of us with 10 minutes left, so I'd say it was definitely balanced. Another plus is that most of the puzzles can be solved at the same time, which I think would work well for larger groups where you can split off and still be able to contribute. Overall we'd recommend this game. The room is a little bit dated and could use a refresh cosmetically, but it's definitely still a good, fun game and worth playing.

   We had a brilliant time here and attempted Operation Spellbound. Only a minute and a half over time!!! ‘Timothy’ (Alex) our host was fantastic - friendly, helpful and very funny. Will definitely be going back. Would recommend 100%.

   Awesome experience! We were greeted immediately by super friendly, helpful staff. We did the Merlin/Morgana room and really liked the quality of the puzzles, that they were non-linear and that they were the perfect level of difficulty for us. Plus (without giving anything away) there was a really creative interactive feature to help you along and give hints. Thank you!
