A group of us came here to do the 221B Baker Street escape room. It was a lot of fun. The staff are friendly. We were greeted by Edda who took us to the room and set the scene. Clear instructions and humour to build the atmosphere. The challenges were fun with a couple tripping us up. There were four of us. Two of us had did an escape room (different place) before. The other two were new to the experience. We managed to escape with only a second to spare. I'd recommend giving it a try. I've been here before for the axe throwing as well, which is also really fun and challenging.

We had fun today doing the Baker Street escape room! The puzzles were fun and we had a few bits we needed a little bit of assistance but overall it was great to solve most of the puzzles on our own!

Great experience at Escape Edinburgh playing Houdini's Workshop! Well put together room and very fun puzzles, the venue also had Axe Throwing which was a blast too. Massive thanks to Matthew & Tayler for their excellent customer service - very friendly!

Fun experience. The game (The magic emporium) was fairly easy, more like 2/5 difficulty level with a combination of mathematical and logical enigmas. The game master Anna was very nice and there to help us.

We (2 persons) did 221b Baker Street. We loved the experience (we got out with 8 minutes to spare)! It's a great escape room. With a real Sherlock Holmes case to solve. Decoration is well done. Taylor heplt us with the explanation and everything was very clear. Possibly coming back to do some other ones.

The escape room for magic emporium was amazing, they allowed our 10 m/o baby in with us during the sessions and with only 2 people solving the puzzles along with a very distracting baby we managed to get it done with 11 seconds remaining. Matthew was a lovely staff which gave us the best experience for the event. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Had a fantastic time and managed to break out of the Magic Emporium with our party of two. The room was challenging, with a fun mix of occult-themed puzzles. James was a great host who went over the rules and provided a helpful hint when we got stuck. Well worth a visit and I will need to return for more escape adventures and to maybe try axe-throwing!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the escape room itself was brilliant: very well designed and made and extremely fun to play. Just 2 or us managed to complete the Witchcraft and Wizardry one in 1 hour so very doable for a group of any size to complete.

We had a great time with the Houdini room. The puzzles were designed with historical information related to Houdini and his famous escapes. Challenging and fun. We had to work to get things together, but it all makes sense in the end.
