   I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction following a recent nail appointment at your salon. While I would like to commend Claire, the nail technician, for her friendly attitude and willingness to engage in pleasant conversation throughout the appointment, I regret to say that I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the service provided. Despite clearly requesting that my nails be evenly shaped, properly trimmed, and well-polished, the final result did not meet these expectations. The nails were noticeably uneven in both shape and length, which is not in keeping with the standards I anticipated from your establishment. This experience was particularly disappointing given the care I had taken to communicate my preferences clearly at the outset. I am sharing this feedback not out of malice but in the hope that it may contribute to the continuous improvement of services at your salon. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed, and I would welcome the opportunity for a corrective service or an alternative resolution you may deem appropriate.    This was my first time at Desiree's and was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The staff are friendly and I had a very positive experience overall. My hair was done to a very high standard and hair stylist, Shannon gave an excellent service.
