   Disappointed, first time I went the appointment for haircut was changed last minute and the lady didn’t listen to what I asked for the haircut and ended up getting it fixed Decided to give it a second try I saw that it’s a different lady now doing haircuts and the appointment was cancelled a day before with no explanation given, I had to call to find out what happened. Very unprofessional service

   Statement by my friend as she didn’t want her details shared - Went here to get my hair cut. I was very clear about what I wanted; a trim. Going in my hair was down to my waist and I left with it at my shoulder, and squint. The next day I had to go to another hairdresser to sort out the mess that was made of my hair. Would NOT recommend this salon to anybody as my haircut was completely rushed and done terribly. Was my first time here and will not be returning as I left crying. Horrific. Giving one star is generous

   Had my first set of Acrylics from Helen 3 weeks ago for a wedding and loved them! Went back yesterday to get infills for a conference I'm attending. Great service, fantastic attention to details. Most recently had my nails done by the new nail tech and she was fab!

   Booked through Treatwell as it was my first time going to this salon, and the customer service was great! Helen text me in advance to give me an idea of my options, and the girl who did my nails was so friendly. Nails are the thinnest I’ve ever had and felt really listened to. Will definitely be back!

   Got my nails and toenails gel polished today with Helen. I have to say Helen is fantastic. She had done my nails in only 30 minutes which was wonderful and my nails are beautiful. You can tell Helen has been in the business for a long time as she is superb and very efficient at her job. I have been here a few times and I will be returning again and telling all my friends and family to get their treatments done here. I have been to other salons and have to say Helen’s Nails&Beauty is the best! Thanks Helen
