The 'Head in the Clouds' treatment is a dream! It was the best massage / facial treatment I think I've ever had. Abigail was excellent, and I went from feeling really tense and sore to feeling super relaxed and refreshed. It's a lovely space too, very calming. I will absolutely come back for another.

Treated myself to a massage… whilst the service itself was lovely & the staff super friendly. There was a lot of banging and moving boxes in the hallway and could clearly be heard in the room I was receiving treatment- not very relaxing during a massage! Hope it was just a one off
The worst acrylics I have ever seen anybody have. The design isn’t anything like I asked. The shape of the nail is horrendous they are all different sizes and shapes. As well as it took nearly 3 hours to do them. Probably could have dealt with then if it wasn’t for the lack of experience the artist had to then be charged £50. It’s outrageous to pay that much for nails that look like a beginners work.
I wasn't hugely impressed to be honest. I booked in for a half hour massage. I arrived just before my slot was due to begin and was left waiting until 7 minutes past my slot was due to begin, presumably because the person before me ran late. By the time I made it up to the room, had a brief chat with the masseuse and got on the massage table I had less than 20 minutes of actual massage time. The massage itself was good but does not make up for the lack of any offer to let my appointment run over like they presumably let the person before me do to make up for the late start. I wrote feedback directly to Soul Space after my massage but never had a response.
I cannot rate Soul Space highly enough. I struggle with neck and upper back pain and booked myself in for a neck and back massage. It felt wonderful and I could feel the difference almost right away. The staff are lovely and make you feel most welcome. An altogether fabulous experience! I cannot wait to return to try out other treatments.
