    I had to cancel a lash lift due to my daughter being ill. I appreciate I didn't give 24 hours notice but I had to deal with an extremely rude girl on the phone. I suggested some compromise and that I would forfeit some of the payment to rearrange. Got told a flat out no. Plus as a first time customer I ought to have been offered a patch test too, which I wasn't NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!

    Lexi was excellent. She did a beautiful French manicure with Gel polish after I got back from my holidays. My nails looked PERFECT and stayed that way for so long. I don't live in Glasgow but if I did, I certainly would be a regular customer. Highly recommend. Thank you Lexi.

    My experience was very bad. I went there twice for waxing and eyebrows. First time I got it done from Lauren, she is nice in her behavior but needs more practice in waxing. But 2nd time the experience was worst not only the Beautician was bad in her work but also very rude. I almost started crying. I paid for full hand, full legs and eyebrows but she was so bad in her work that I only got my eyebrows n leg wax done. My money got wasted. I would never advice anyone to go there. Very bad

    This review comes late, but absolutely loved the salon, had a wash cut and restyle for a bargain and was out the door in 40 mins. No messing about. Find it hard to get a stylist that can make short hair on women look stylish, but had an amazing at Glow. I will be back!
