Had my hair highlighted by leo, also cut and blow dry, first time, was happy. Cost was £75, plus a £60 parking fine due to me being parked for 3 hours not beauty inns fault, but be aware.
I really like this salon, the hair dressers are always friendly & nice, I've never had a bad cut from them & the nail techs are great tool.
Absolutely shocking service. The woman told my elderly mother that she couldn't colour her hair using a prepaid Groupon voucher. She gave her a haircut and refused to give her proof that they had not honoured the voucher!She embarrassed my mum and is a con woman. Do not use this salon!!!!!!If i could give it zero I would!! My mum's hair is short!!Literally to the nape of her neck.You are talking nonsense. I have contacted Groupon to complain. You don't need the money, well good for you. You have managed to save yourself the price of the colour!Obviously you have form for not honouring Groupon deals as the other reviews testify. Pathetic.
My mum and l have been using the salon since it opened very good staff prices very good,also do waxing and now have a nail bar,great fir the folk of Govan and surrounding areas
I went in today with a Groupon voucher and was spoken to in such a rude manner. Firstly, I was ignored for about 5 minutes after I arrived, despite both hairdressers noticing I was standing there. Then I was told I'd have to pay £30 extra due to my hair length, despite the small print saying just a £10 surcharge may occur. I would have paid the extra cost if this was handled in a professional manner, but the woman was so rude and short with me that I didn't even want to give them the custom, so I left. She didn't even stop cutting a customer's hair to speak to me, which is so unprofessional and probably made the other customer's experience less enjoyable too. Won't be visiting again.
Just had my eyebrows and lashes done through a groupon voucher from my mother in law. This salon is outstanding! Absolutely love my lashes and my eyebrows are perfect! After years of doing them myself I will never do them again! I will be returning here. Thanks so much :)
