   Probably the worst customer service ever. Bought 2 pieces of jewellery for £100, both were faulty. Owner accused me of wearing the pieces and lying to her and then returning them, when they were clearly faulty and completely unwearable. Owner is so rude. Would NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want bad service and to waste your money. Even the staff mentioned that the owner is stubborn and rude, but only when she wasn't around!

   Absolutely horrendous customer service. Myself and aunties went in to get our eyebrows down and were greeted by the RUDE owner. She immediately made me feel uncomfortable and made unnecessary comments that I had too much make up on for her to thread my eye brows. On top of this she was harassing my aunty for stating that she did not want to give her details for future promotions. She proceeded to aggressively shout that there are cameras and told her staff to ignore us. An all round disgusting experience and we will not be back! Based on everyone else's reviews this is not an isolated incident! The owner seems racist and rude and aggressive she needs a course on customer service!

   Man handled a teenager when getting their upper lip and eyebrows done. When asking questions for clarity, we were responded with impolite and ill-mannered answers/actions. Staff are rude and harsh. Did not give aftercare treatment (aloe Vera/soothing gels etc.) after service to aid in pain/irritation. Instead, we were told, “…you’re done.” I would not recommend anyone to visit here for any beauty services. There are better elsewhere.

   I got henna done here and chose the organic henna option. While the design itself turned out nice, I was surprised by their pricing policy. They charge £15 per hand if you choose your own design but only £7.50 if they choose the design, something they did not disclose until the very last second. I think transparency in pricing is really important. If you’re planning to get henna done here, just be aware of this pricing difference before making your decision! I got it done at 2 pm march 20 It’s 620 am March 21, Day of Eid and the stain still isn’t there. I wanted the design for the day of. Not after. Really Disappointed. You can see that the lighter color design is the salon. And the dark one is what my aunt at night did for me, that stained perfectly within 20/30 minutes. Update: I told him everything that happened, and they were very understanding, and happily gave me a refund.

   Omg what a worst experience i had. Got my hair cut and colour and it was disaster. Went agian to sort them out and i turn into barbie. The worst thing is nipa shouts at her customer she has no tameez how to deal with customers complaints. "Extremely batmeez orat" not focusing to save the business.

   I went for eyebrow threading and it was so so so much painful that I can’t explain. I had multiple cuts as well. I believe that the staff they don’t have any adequate experience. Please avoid.
