   My daughter went with her friend on Sunday and the service was an absolute disgrace. The nail where all different sizes. Two of my daughters fingers where cut and the staff were rude to both of them. This is after spending £50 in the place

   My girlfriend has just walked through the door upset yet again at the service of the woman that runs this shop. A few months back she went to get her nails done and this same women was not interested in what my girlfriend was asking for. The first time she had went in, she wanted a coffin style nail and was asking about the different prices between shellac and the new chrome collection. The woman was not listening to her and completely embarrassed her by raising her voice in the shop as she had trouble understanding the questions my girlfriend was asking which wouldn't be an issue if any patience was exercised. Since then my girlfriend had avoid ed this shop and went across the road to Hollywood nails where the two men in that shop go above and beyond for there great service. However she wanted to try again and go back to this shop as everyone has bad days and wanted to give the woman the benefit of the doubt. She walked in and the same woman recognised her. Again, wasn't interested in what she was asking for and this time was squeezing her hand and causing discomfort throughout the whole appointment. At the end of the session the woman essentially shoved her hand back at her. She had called me when she was in the shop already close to tears before her nails were even finished. To cut a long story short, might be a good idea to listen to your paying customers and adopt some decent customer service or at the very least some manners. Would strongly urge anyone looking to try this place for the first time to take this on board to avoid anything like this happening, especially if you're paying up to £30.00 to get your nails done "professionally". The place across the road is 1,000,000 times better, it's a shame they were closed today. I welcome any clarification from any of the staff at this shop has as to what had happened if they take the time to read this. Thanks.
