   I came in on Saturday for a makeup appointment at 1pm, which I had booked a month in advance. When I arrived, I was told the artist was running behind and that I should come back over an hour later. I couldn’t do that as I had plans immediately after. Make up artist claimed she had notified me, but she hadn’t—I even showed the messages to prove it. All I received was a simple “sorry,” with no real acknowledgement of the inconvenience, the time I took to travel there, or the fact that I was on time for an appointment that couldn’t be honored. Such a shame, as I used to come here regularly. Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off returning.

   I recently had a HydraFacial with Angie at The Beauty Club and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and explained each step of the treatment clearly. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt instantly refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. She was so professional, friendly, and attentive throughout, which made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend The Beauty Club to anyone looking to treat themselves to a HydraFacial – the results are amazing and the care and attention are outstanding. I’ll definitely be back!

   Christmas nails sorted perfectly by Jane - at The Beauty Club, Clarkston. I gave her my 2 favourite examples I found online and she matched them exactly as I wanted ! And a lovely person to chatter with - therapeutic in fact! Can’t recommend enough full 5 stars !

   Wow what a fantastic experience I had the most amazing pedicure with Jane the massage chair is incredible so relaxing and my nails looked fab. The salon is gorgeous and the staff were so friendly couldn't do enough for me I highly recommend. I will see you all again soon thanks so much fir a lovely pamper.

   Gone twice now and both times everyone was so lovely. Nails are amazing as well lasted me over a month. The girls are also super kind and one appointment I felt ill and nearly fainted and they were nothing but nice and supportive, making sure I was okay and giving me some juice.

   Beautiful salon & bubbly, friendly, talented staff. I LOVE my nails every time!! As for Fiona Dorian’s review...take no notice. I was in the salon when she came in and demanded to have her nail repaired & she was in fact the one who was rude. Jane offered to fix her nail after she finished the client who was in the middle of her appointment or at another time that suited Fiona but that wasn’t good enough. Some people are just never happy. Jane couldn’t have been nicer or done anything more. 5 ⭐️ Give the salon a visit...you won’t be disappointed.
