   I went in for a lash lift and brow lamination and left with my hair completely fried. Although it looked fine when I left, by the time I got home, only 10 minutes later, the hair on my lashes and brows started to curl and go in all different directions. Gazelle refused to help in any way or give me a refund, implying that I surely did something. She was rude and unprofessional. She didn't do a patch test and tells me that I have to ask for it. Well maybe she should read the law, cause it's her responsibility to do it. She also told me that I was informed what to expect after the treatment. What? Complete failure?? Plus she didn't inform me of anything, if I hadn't asked her what she was doing, what she's applying, she wouldn't have said a word besides "so what are your plans for Christmas?". She doesn't give a sh* when she messes up, she just wants the money.

   I highly recommend! Full set of acrylics with gel polish and nail art and they look beautiful. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming and made sure to accommodate everything I wanted. Really pleased with my nails. Thankyou again!
