   I have been going to Bushra for 12 years and she is always very kind, polite and professional. Her lashes are the best lashes around. My daughters are now going to Bushra too! A busy wee salon but can walk in for brows but need an appointment for everything else. Would definitely recommend.

   Iv been a customer here for years, but only let Bushra do my lashes as the other girls are not professional, my experiance today was shocking! Bushra is on a break so it was 2 other girls. I got my brows done first and asked for medium to dark but more dark than medium. When she took the dye off, half of the hairs on my brows were still pure blonde, I showed her this and she began arguing with me saying how I had asked for medium. I told her and explained she will have to re-do them as half the hairs have been missed and had asked them to be more dark than medium which she done relentlessly with an attitude. The other girl who then done my lashes pulled out one of my own lashes when putting the tape on my eye. I flinched at this, and the girl LAUGHED! I then said that was really sore and she never said anything. Not even an apology. She was taking a really long time, my appointment was 12pm and I asked her if I would be out the shop for 1pm as I had an appointment at 2pm and she said probably about quarter past 1pm. About 10 minutes passed and she had only put 2 lashes on, I then asked her if everything was ok and she said she was looking for something for someone. I explained I was going to be late for my next appointment (AGAIN) and asked if she could just concentrate on getting through the lashes. I looked in the mirror after she was done and there was a lash hanging off but still stuck on, which is longer than all the rest and I just feel like they are an absolute mess from what bushra usually does it like. Don’t go here unless it’s bushra. I’ll never be back to this shop after my experiance today, and I would advise anyone to stay clear. So unprofessional and rude. £70 I paid for this and not even a thanks or a bye when i was paying/leaving. I never got out the shop until half 1 and was half an hour late for my next appointment due to this which resulted in me loosing a deposit. (I was in the shop for an hour and a half)

   I found this place for my wife who was having trouble finding someone to do threading for her, after visiting the Glorious Beauty Lounge she said it was marvellous the best threading she has ever had and my wife is very fussy about this. So we are both very pleased it was a great service.

   Great salon with kind staff, definitely recommend. I informed the therapist that my eyes are extremely watery and when she done my eyelash extensions my eyes didn’t water at all, she done a great job and the Russian lashes are long lasting and sit perfectly. The brow lamination is perfect too!

   I have good experience with glorious beauty lounge ...I'm very satisfied to this work ..I have done my eyebrows, lashes and tint as well ..it was awesome and lashes were last longer and it has really clean and comfy environment ..everyone should come and visit ..

   I got party lashes done here and the glue is that thick it's stabbing my eye ball and bottom lashline, some of the lashes are glued on go my eyelid and some are on my lashes however my real lashes are falling. I wouldn't recommend this store
