Meng was incredibly helpful during our visit to the adidas store in Westfield Stratford. From the moment we asked about running shoes, he was polite, patient, and really took the time to understand what we needed. Most importantly, he was very informative and clearly knowledgeable about different types of running shoes, explaining the differences in support, cushioning, and fit in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to Meng, we felt confident we were choosing the right pair rather than just guessing. Excellent customer service – he’s a real asset to the store.

I was informed recently that Adidas offers the most comfortable trainers, prompting me to visit a store to verify this claim. I tried on a pair of trainers designed for women, and they fit my feet perfectly. These trainers were discounted as part of a Black Friday promotion. I was tempted to purchase them; however, I preferred a different color for the pair I desired. The staff was exceptionally friendly and mentioned that if I visited their website, I would find a wider variety of styles, which I intend to do.

I bought a pair of Adidas Ultraboost 5.0 from the Adidas store in Dubai Mall, while in business. At the time, I was assured that if there were any issues, I could take them to any Adidas store worldwide. I am back in London and the show developed faults - rubber delaminating from foam and foam disintegrating - and so I took the shoes to the Adidas store in Stratford Westfield. They told me to contact Adidas UK online customer service, who then referred me to Adidas Dubai. Dubai customer service, in turn, told me I’d have to return to Dubai to resolve it — which is a complete joke. I’m now in Jakarta in business, and while I was considering buying another pair of Ultraboost 5.0, I’ve completely lost confidence in Adidas - how does a global brand not know how to deal with this. I’ve been a loyal Ultraboost customer since 2016, but this experience has made me rethink. I recently tried on a pair of Hoka shoes — they fit well and felt great — and I’ll likely be switching to them instead.

Went there to collect a pair of trainers bought online. Given an email later when the order was ready to pick up. I used it as an opportunity to have a look at the store. Normally just walk by it. The shop is new and small. I would would say the stock was set out well. I could look around without being in anyone's way. Managed to find myself a jacket while in store which I purchased on the day. Have to say prices of some items are shocking while others very reasonable. Each to their own I guess. Would go back but happily to get items delivered to my home.

I bought an adidas shoe for my friend at the end of December, and the salesperson told us that returns are accepted for 60 days after purchase. Soon after beginning to use the shoe, my friend had ankle pain. Unfortunately, we didn't bring the shoe box because she seemed to think she would use it when we went to return the shoe. Staff at the check-out counter indicated that although they will not supply a box for the new shoe, they can swap the shoe without one. It was OK to us, so we began looking over the shoes to see if we could replace them. When we asked a different member of staff, she indicated that it was not relevant and that it had taken about an hour.., their manager approached us and inquired about the situation. It took her about 20 minutes to update us after she was aware of the problem. Despite the fact that we carried the item into the store, she advised us to contact customer service for the exchange. I spoke with customer service but received no useful advice. How can you tell if a product is having problems without using it? My friend tried it for a short while before experiencing excruciating ankle pain. In all scenarios, we lose. Have an ankle problem and wasted money by purchasing such subpar goods

Last week I travelled up to Stratford to buy some new running shoes. I went to adidas as it was located near the entrance. To my surprise I was the only customer in the shop and there must have been around 4 workers that I could see. I couldn’t find my trainers so I went up to ask a member of staff and I was dismissed. I had to first wait for the 2 members of staff to finish their conversation about something inappropriate which I am disgusted to overhear. I then showed them the trainers on my phone and they immediately said to order them online and come back to collect. This customer service is absolutely terrible and now I know why I was the only customer present in their store. I have since bought the trainers from another store and will not be returning to this particular store.

I was there this afternoon to buy shoes for my husband. That staff was ok however he decided to change it on evening time when I have met the rudest staff that I have seen. Their attitude was unacceptable. I just wanted to exchange the item and get out from that shop as soon as possible

Went into this branch with the purpose of finishing printing my Argentina home jersey which was purchased at the flagship branch on Regent Street. When I bought it at that branch, they only had the name in stock and said to check again in a week for the number, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to check the Stratford branch as it's much closer to home and I wasn't disappointed! I was served by two lovely members of staff, one at the till and the other which did the printing, both were great representations of the high standards that are expected at an Adidas store.

Its a nice store, spacious, you don't get hassled. I wanted to buy a bag for my son but no bag had a price on it. Made no sense why not. I thought that was a bit cheeky. Not have staff hassle us but have no prices so we have to go to them. I mean if it had a price on it I would of just paid and gone home. Instead I am looking for staff and deciding etc. When in Westfield there are loads of other stores that sell tge same thing.
