I popped into the westham store to get a few extra bits for Christmas for my son and Anjuma was amazing she helped me a lot when she was already busy and was really polite and friendly. Will definitely be returning thanks to the service.
Good range of products, lots of staff around to help if needed, quick checkout process and plenty of tills available. Even when it's crowded it's fairly easy to move around. The only tiny negative is there could have been a better queueing system for the shirt printing after the game as it took over a fair chunk of the ground floor.
During my visit in London I wanted to get a meaningful souvenir for my buddy. What could make him happier than something from the West Ham United fan store? I got some soccer outfits and a cap. West Ham United Stadium store is in Elizabeth Olympic Park. The location is very beautiful. They have t-shirts with a lot of players and you can find good offers and reduced prices. The store has a coffee bar downstairs. If you want to make a tour of the stadium, you need to know you started from here. The cost of the stadium is 22 pounds and for students 19 pounds. The time of the exhibition is one hour and a half. Enjoy one of the best parts of Olympic Park.
The staff is unorganised and not really helpful. The merchandise is good and a bit more expensive than I would've thought but the quality is good. The cafe downstairs has minimal food options.
Very busy on matchday, if you can, arrive very early or better go on a non match day. Plenty of staff available alson non match days. Check out a stadium tour that starts from the Café downstairs.
Huge shops for West Ham fans. Plenty of jerseys, souvenirs and toys for fans to hunt!
Fantastic day out watching the football, very enjoyable experience walking around the stadium enjoying the bars and food places. Only 10 minute walk from an awesome shopping centre , Westfields in Stratford.
We were really looking forward to this event and bought tickets for the Great Britan Lounge. We were greeted warmly and taken care of. The seats were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we wished for more support for West Ham, the fans only knew two songs. That would never be enough for Bundesliga games. After the game, the party in front of the stadium was more lively.
I had a legends tour which was with Alvin Martin wow ! What a fantastic approachable guy, no airs or graces just a genuine guy. A great experience (I recommend the legends tour over the basic one anyday)
