Nabeela always does me bries and eyelashes. She always does an amazing job and gets all my lower lashes. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are also fab and have time for walk ins.
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience getting my eyebrows done today. I clearly stated from the beginning that I have very sensitive skin and asked the lady to be gentle. Despite this, she was extremely rough to the point where it was genuinely painful. When I reacted and moved slightly because of the pain, she threatened me by saying, “If you move one more time, I will leave you like this.” This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is shocking. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way. Instead of showing basic care or understanding, she chose to be rude, careless, and completely dismissive of my needs. I walked out feeling upset, disrespected, and disappointed. I strongly urge management to address this behavior. If this is how customers are treated, I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been going here for years - always do a beautiful job of my threading. Highly recommend them - great location too.
Would highly recommend! I don’t go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed/tinted as they always do them perfectly and the way I like They are very welcoming, greet you with a smile, and make you feel at ease and are very reasonably priced.
After reading the horrendous reviews and been advised not to come here against my better judgement I came for a patch test which was just slapped on all over the back of my ear neck and hair went back for the HD brows arrived at about 3.45 after checking the website it advised did not close until 8.45 to be told that the member of staff was leaving and would not be able to do this but the website clearly states open until 8.45 I asked If I could just have normal brows to be told it a different patch test and have to wait another 48hrs this is the second time in the same place this has happened I will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending to anyone also the staff are not very friendly and welcoming at all do not know how they make any money horrible horrendous service waste of time!!!
Do not recommend. I visited today (8th jan 2022) for the first time just after 5pm, I politely asked for eyebrowing waxing, I was told to wait as a lady was ahead of me, this was fine. As it was my turn, the female staff member said " sorry for the wait. I would have actually closed up earlier if the other customer didnt come, she took long as she was so demanding". I did not respond to this, found it strange and unprofessional. All i needed for my eyebrows was a simple tidy up, I communicated this.Then when she finished and showed me the finished result, I pointed out that one eyebrow is actually different than the other, she took off way too much on one eyebrow, so it's squint and now looking closer it also was a poor job, there are still hairs and it is not tidy. I tried to be polite about this so i said "dont worry", but she did not even offer to fix it or offer any renumeration. She just said "oh is it, sorry". Then when taking payment, she asked for my name and contact details. I asked why and she rudely explained that she cannot process payment unless i give her my details as they need all customer details in case they need to contact them if a customer has had a reaction to a procedure, e.g microblading (she listed other procedures, but not eyebrowing shaping). I said i dont feel comfortable leaving my number but can leave my name if necessary, she said thats fine. Never before have I heard of such a policy, I dont see why this would be relevant for simple eyebrow shaping and I also do not believe it is necessary to process payments- she gave me no reason to opt out which does not seem right, she also had no actual way of contacting me with just my name so the whole thing seemed pointless. I strongly recommend some customer service training for the staff member in question;the service was poor, her attitude was not appropriate and she admitted that she had full intention to close almost 40 minutes earlier than what is stated online, just because she felt like it.
Tried to use it but wouldn’t take me said too late even though it didn’t close for half a hour. Lazy worker!
I had my eyebrows done today and I am so disappointed! I have been there before and the other girls done a good job but today this girl didn’t pay too much attention, I arrived home and I found all over my face black marks from the tinting, the threading was a disaster , I had to say her to clean the wax, it was feeling sticky because she forgot and I have a red mark under my eyebrow because she pinched while threading..not going back again!
First time at this place as my usual place is under renovation. Did a really nice job on my Eyebrow thread and colour and my eyelash colour. Reason for loss of one star is, not the friendliest staff I've come across. However, I would go back.
