I got classic lashes and was made to feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff are very informative so you know what to expect as well as providing info on the proper aftercare. The bed is comfy and the clinic is clean. I will definitely be back :)
This has to be the worst Salon I have ever used. I have lost count of the number of times i have been contacted, either on the day, or the day before my appointment to say Mandy has had to take the day off. On 2 occasions, i have gone to the Salon for my appointment and the shutters have been down with a note on the shutters saying Mandy has had to take the day off, no phone call to let her clients know. I had eyelash extensions and brows booked on for 1pm today, I got a call from the young receptionist to say Oh Mandy is unwell, she cant fulfil your appointment. 3 hours notice, and I am going on holiday in less than 24 hours. Shambolic way to run a business. I will never be back. The young receptionist is the one having to make all the calls and do the dirty work. She is such a lovely young lady, and is too good for the Salon. Find yourself another job!
So accommodating & staff couldn't have been any nicer! They also offer a wide variety of treatments and are great at what they do, nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely the best beauty salon I've been in! I stay in Glasgow but will be travelling through to paisley to them to get any treatments done from now on.
