   My review is based on the psychic reading service rather than beauty service, but I will say, from what I saw of the shop/premises and the staff in the front shop, it would also be 5 stars, as the girls were friendly and the shop was clean and well stocked. I had never been for a psychic reading before and, I admit, I was apprehensive at first, as well as sceptical. Jillian put me at ease straight away, which is definitely one of her gifts - you can tell she's caring and keen on helping people in any way she can. I had been recommended her by my sister-in-law, who said she told her things no one else knew about, during her session. That was the case for me as well. The service provided was several tarot readings - the initial Rider-Waite tarot, followed by 2 tarot packs (from an extensive range). Of note, Covid precautions of hand sanitising before handling the cards, was observed. Following the tarot card reading(s), she channelled her Egyptian spirit guide, who knew things about me no one else knows. You can also ask the spirit guide questions. The only disappointment I had was no one came through to speak to me, but I intend revisiting her in the near future. I definitely highly recommend Jillian to everyone, no matter how sceptical. She's the real deal and talking to her is like talking to your best friend, in that it's very comforting, warm and friendly. She only charges £35 for a session, which I think is a bargain, as she could easily charge double that. I think that is also testament to her as a person - she's not in it for the money, when she could quite easily do so, but rather to help lost or confused souls, such as myself. If you're going through issues in life, or you've reached a crossroad and don't know which way to turn, you should book an appointment and speak to her. She made me feel much better regarding issues in my work, and made me realise I can get through it to fight another day.
