As my bus was late so I reached late, i have given my advance money for me and my daughter but she said to cut hair only one of us. I have wasted my 10 pound. Even gp also consider few minutes late. Lady seems rude as well.
The ladies did a fab job of making me feel very comfortable and pampered. I also had my kids with me and they were so accommodating and patient. I would give more than 5 stars if I could
First time visit , staff very friendly and absolutely love my re style from Theresa , definately sticking with this salon, and very reasonably priced too 10/10 would recommend a visit.

These girls are fantastic! Will do whatever they can to make you vision happen. I've been a customer for 3 years now Theresa is my hairdresser but I would be happy to take any of them to do my hair.
This had been my hairdressers for nearly 3 yrs. I went to get my foils done for my daughters wedding and these photos were taken the very next day. I didn’t get back home for over two weeks and had to wait to see the owner/manager. That was a waste of time. Treated very badly, she basically said I was lying and that was 3 wks growth, even though the photos have a date on them. I was also told that the lady who had done it was very angry!! REALLY!! I suppose because I had complained. That was the first time this lady had coloured my hair.....The make up artist and hairdresser at the wedding couldn’t believe at the state of my hair for a wedding, my daughters wedding. I didn’t see it on the day because when I looked in the mirror at the saloon, it looked ok, a nice colour, it wasn’t until I ran my fingers through it I seen the mess, you can tell the foils were not even pushed up near the roots. The manager even said she was shocked I had picked a dark colour for the foils.....I didn’t, I’ve had foils in there for years and thought I was getting the same as what’s in my customer card, she also said I must have picked the colour from the chart.... never happened.... as the manager was on the defensive straight away I knew that I wasn’t getting anywhere, I wasn’t believed, even though the photos had the dated when they were taken.....what was I there for?? A free touch up?? I don’t think so. The hairdresser at my daughters wedding suggested the colour spray you get for your roots, to hide them in between going to the saloon and after putting my hair up she sprayed the mess, thank goodness she done a good job of hiding it, it’s not every day you get to be the mother of the bride but that day I could have run a mile. Thanks for nothing!!
