absolutely horrified with experience i had yesterday and suffered worst haircut over had. Was squeezed in last minute day before however I asked for a tidy up as keritan blow-dry had damaged my hair. my hair was washed cut and dried with 30 mins. basically cut a straight line of my full hair from side to side and dried. I obviously asked why layers and shzpe hadnt betn cut and was yold eould be fone with hair dru. then ran thinning scissors quickly through and was done. then had cheek to charge for full style abs bouncy blow dry. I was explaining that I appreciated last minute appointment due to up coming funeral and due to this I if I had complained I would have burst. I will never be back. I have always used hair oasis in town centre can not recommend enough.
