Emma has been doing my hair for a while now and she's absolutely fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great atmosphere, great customer service and would highly recommend to family/friends. 10/10.
I had my hair cut blow dried and some highlights done by Jackie and was delighted with result. First time in salon very friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend Roberts. I will be looking forward to my next visit. Jackie was so helpful with her advice and so friendly.

Went for the first time today, tall guy extremely long hair. More than happy to accommodate my needs. I absolutely love the colour in my hair

Booked online and requested a senior stylist /Robert.. Arrived in salon, no good morning or hi just asked if i had an appointment and take a seat. Stephanie who was not very happy looking was doing my colour. I asked her for advise on a shade and she handed me a colour chart and told me to choose, i never got any advise at all. Seemed to me as if it was all a chore . I asked her colleague if Stephanie was senior as i was paying £10 extra for a more experienced member of staff apparently, she informed me Stephanie was the junior, in fairness the other girl offered yo take over.... But what if i never asked. Meanwhile Stephanie was shouting at me saying i had knocked her confidence and she knew what she was doing!!! The junior shouting at a client who had never been in the salon before. Needless to say i whipped of my towel and cloak and left the salon, not before i told them it was a shambles and they should attend a customer care course. I did email Robert before leaving this review. Im not surprised to say im still waiting on reply. SEE BELOW ***REPLY FROM OWNER......DISGRACE I was not in the salon when you were there but How dare you upset my staff with your nastiness We will not put up with bad manners What’s the point of going anonymous we know who you are Keep away from our salon
