   Catherine was recommended to me but my experience was not good. My cut and style was fine but the atmosphere was off. Catherine spoke was extremely condescending when speaking to young trainee staff member. I felt really uncomfortable. I overheard her telephone manner too, leaves a lot of room for improvement. People skills are important in this business. I won't be back.

   Hairdresser was lovely and so accommodating, I havent had great hairdressing experiences in the past but she did exactly what I asked for and in minutes I had the dry cut, was paid and on my way out the shop. So easy to deal with and made the experience very manageable for me. Covid safety rules still in place and as the shop is small it was very sensible for them to have the precautions in place.

   I live around the corner from this place and just called to request information about prices to then have the woman that answered rudely interrupt me and hang up. I was disheartened by the manner of how she spoke to me initially but was going to book an appointment anyway because I live so close - this was the case until she abruptly hung up on me. I called back to ask what the hell that was about and mention that I was away to book an appointment with them to have her then reply with "oh well then you don't have to come, byeee" in a horrible, snide tone. I get the feeling she was the only person in shop and may have been with a client but my phone call was only going to last a minute or two maximum and I was treated with such hostility that I am actually quite angry. I would say I am understanding person so I get it if you are stressed trying to juggle tasks but the woman that spoken to me over the phone was outright rude! Somebody needs to give her some lessons in customer service because I have NEVER been treated with such disregard over the phone by a hairdresser.
