I booked the deep facial treatment, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. I have booked back in myself and my sister for a massage treatment.    My favourite way to spend an afternoon. Lovely surroundings, nice cuppa with shortbread and a great experience getting my hair cut. I have been to Joanne for years and she always gives me a great cut & colour and is up for a challenge as I show her a picture of a model and ask her to make me look like that!!! Alex gives the best head massage too so all in all the whole experience is lovely. I have recommended Joanne to a few people who now all go to her too. Would highly recommend.

   I have been using The Spa at the avenue for hair cuts for many years. After trying a few different hair salons, I found Joanne very experienced and good at her job. She is friendly and makes me feel at ease. Always leave the place looking great. She is amazing with kids. My daughter loves to go for her hair cuts now. All the other staff are very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend it.

   I have always had a positive experience at The Spa at the Avenue. I look forward to my visits with Joanne and Alex. After a bad experience at another salon, Joanne has been doing my hair for the last 20 years and I have never looked back. Alex is a joy to talk to and she ensures the water temperature is always right. I always feel I am well looked after and in safe hands. Not only is Joanne a great hairdresser, she is a great conversationalist and fun to be around. I have received many amazing compliments, asking where I get my hair done. I cannot recommend The Spa at the Avenue enough!

   A big birthday week for me so had my usual twice a week appointment with the amazing Joanne whom I have trusted with my tresses for five years now, and every day since has been a good hair day. She better not retire any time soon! I am always thrilled with the compliments I receive about my colour and cut thanks to Joanne. Not only is she incredibly expert, but she is also incredibly kind and great fun – I look on my visits as my therapy sessions too! She always takes time to talk through any treatments, and exactly where and how I would like my long hair trimmed and styled. Her amazing skill and experience is also reflected in her team, who are very caring and skilled under her guidance and tutelage. They always take great care to ensure you are comfortable, that finger pressure and water temperature for example are comfortable, and that you are otherwise comfortable and very well looked after. It is a wonderful experience to visit the salon, and I thank Joanne for being so incredibly skilled, kind and great fun!

   I would recommend anyone to treat themselves to a luxury facial at "Spa At The Avenue". My massage was excellent (all the knots in my back have now gone). My skin is really glowing. Definitely going to go online and purchase some "Joanie Loves" skincare. Staff were so friendly too.
