   This starbucks has gone down hill very fast. In my last five visits I have not once been given the correct order. The staff are rude and unhelpful and don't seem to understand how to run the drive through and the cafe at the same time with drinks being given to the drive through that are for the cafe. The drinks are tasteless and obviously are not being made correctly. Hot chocolate being made with water instead of milk as an example. If ordering food you often have to ask for it twice once you've paid as they don't seem to keep track. They often run out of things. When approaching the cash register staff are constantly talking amongst themselves and you have to wait several minutes for them to acknowledge you. Not starbucks standard at all. If you want an easier time and a better tasting coffee go to the McDonald's across the street!
