   After a disastrous mix up with “ the other DHL (UK)website, ( beware everyone ,get the correct website ), the staff at Ryman’s Shandwick sorted out the whole debacle with professionalism, competence and with great humour….. and a lot of patience. The 4 staff I chatted with/dealt with were on my side all the way through (my incompetence,)and Anna and the manager even helped me pack! A frustrating issue was completely turned around . This team are a credit to Ryman’s organisation! Thanks folks!
