    I had a very bad experience at this salon. I went today for my first and last time to this salon....with my children to get my hair done. More specifical, I been wanted to cut my hair little bit and straightened it. They cut it a little and took a lot of money from me and then left me like that without doing anything to my hair. I felt very bad and left with my hair disturbed...I felt terrible not good service at all and bad attitude.

    Been coming to #HAIR for 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jen to do my hair now. She lifted my hair from dark brown box dye to a lovely balayage blonde and it’s still so long and healthy. All the girls in the salon are professional and friendly and I would recommend everyone to go here.

    Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! Stand up owner Jennifer. Rude to the core. Ignoring your client when you turn up late is never a good start. Then to tell your client their hair is slimy... yes 'SLIMY' is just plain ignorant.(leave in conditioner was all it was) and saying your too busy to wash my hair is just laughable. Lazy comes to mind!!!! Find better terminology and you might get some where. Needless to say I just walked out. Insulting your clients is NOT customer service. If I told you your dyed silver thin hair looked like 'rats tails' then I'm sure you would have been offended. Go on a customer service course Jennifer, it's a disgrace you haven't already seeing that your the owner. Will never be back, too many other professional salons out there who know customer service.
