I went today for first time ,after having 15 year of short shaved hair after chemo . This woman is an angel ,+ her family so warm+ welcoming. I now have long curly hair.stunning,so talented + very reasonably priced. I will be back every 6 weeks for many years now .we'll impressed . Also showed me + explained the upkeep.
Found these ladies shop while walking and decided to give it a try. Friendliest ladies ever and really paid attention to everything I wanted the style to the colour. I did boho twists and they made sure l was really happy with the hair and didn’t have an issue with my requests/ input. I walked in a bit late but they made sure they did the hair fast and had 3 people working on my hair. I keep getting so many compliments on my hair and where asking where it was done
The friendliest ladies! Full of knowledge and skill. Helped me choose the colour of my box braids. Loved my hair. Excellent price. Make sure you get the right salon the one across the road washes your hair in a mop bucket with floor bleach still in it!
I have just come home after my daughter had braids done by Bintu and what an amazing job she's done. Instantly had a good vibe as did my daughter who is 36 and has special needs. Absolutely going to be going back and can't recommend highly enough. We feel as though we now have a lovely African family ❤️
Bintu and her girls are amazing! I would love to just hang in their shop as they are just such beautiful and amazing people! Got braids done 6 years ago and everyone loved them! This time I got the curls braided in and I can not say anything bad as they did a perfect job and I will be back to get braids again! My favourite people! Would recommend but to avoid disappointment I would phone up and make an appointment as it gets very busy! Thanks Bintu and your beautiful girls xx

I haven’t been to a hairdressers in 17 years due to high anxiety. I bought beautiful dreads and had a hard time putting them in. I have very thin straight fine hair. They still saw me ever after I was late (we had to travel pretty far, but was totally worth it) they did over and above what I though was possible and after viewing all the hair in there I’m so excited to go back. They were kind, gentle and listened to me and didn’t chat incessantly to me (I dislike that in salons- I like to sit back and enjoy and I got to do exactly that) warm friendly atmosphere and helped with aftercare products. The work they do is INCREDIBLE! Another one of glasgows hidden gems. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience x
