Absolutely amazing service!! Went in for my first time today, the woman working there were so welcoming and friendly, I was nervous to get a hair cut as i love my long hair, but my hair is still really long and looks so much more healthier! Couldn’t be happier with todays service and I will definitely be back
I got my hair cut which turned out decent but I can't believe how rude the staff were to me, it was extremely unprofessional. I also noticed the woman doing my hair being very snappy towards the younger workers (looked like trainees?) as well as me. Instead of the usual friendly chat I expected to get at hairdressers I got snappy one word answers and a general feeling of being a bother while I was there. Overall it was a very awkward experience and I wouldn't go back, the attitude and atmosphere just ruined it for me. I've had friends who went and said similar things but I didn't realise how bad it was till I saw it! The services were decent but I would rather go somewhere I feel more welcomed.

Jolene and her staff are just lovely. I've been going here for about 10 yrs or more and it is the best hairdressers I've been too. They are all for their customers, couldn't be faulted
