   If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an awful experience at this salon. Due to ongoing treatment my hair takes on colour darker than normal but the stylist was dismissive to the point I didn't feel comfortable going into more details. I did mention that I still wanted to be blonde but felt railroaded into choosing mocha as a lowlight. I was worried about going too dark and when she had mixed up the colour - 4 shades darker than my current colour - I restated that I was still a little concerned it might be too dark. Instead of asking for a photo to understand what I wanted she scoffed at me and said 'I'm the hairdresser'. When I said but it's my hair she told me to leave and get out. I wasn't rude at any time. I would have also paid for the extra product has she given me the opportunity. Sadly I never got to see the final result and was left feeling humiliated. If you have any anxiety or health conditions, avoid this salon—they don’t seem to care about personalised supportive service. Also for younger people who are used to showing inspiration pics - you'll be disappointed.

   One of the best salons I have been to in a long time. Both Robin and John Paul are great cutters, which I need with my horribly fine and thinning hair, and very experienced. Also very pleasant and good fun. I would thoroughly recommend.
