I've been coming to U Concept for well over 15 years & would not go anywhere else. The stylists are so talented & creative and really listen to what you want. Nathalie is amazing!
Honestly the only place I will go for a haircut now in Glasgow. The staff are excellent and as a man with longer hair, they know exactly what they're doing. The cost is extremely reasonable and I couldn't recommend it more.
The staff is really nice, but they didn't listen to any of the indications I gave. I left very unhappy with both my hair cut and colour. I showed many pictures of what I wanted and tried to discuss al lenght as the first idea I had was not feasible, so I wanted to agree on something together. During the colouring phase I expressed my concern as what they were doing looked exaclty like what I didn't want, a stripy look rather than an ombre, even though the hair dresser reassured me that she understood, I still ended up with exactly what I didn't want. They booked me in for a second appointment to fix my hair, but when I tried to explain why I was unhappy and what I wanted ahead of the appointment, they kept cutting me off. Nobody even mentioned a discount or whether I would have to pay again full price to get my hair fixed and honestly given how little they seemed to care I didn't want to risk it anymore. I spent a lot of money and a lot of time there and left very upset. I don't think I will ever go back.
