   don't usually like to leave a negative review but it is over 4 weeks since I visited the salon and I am still upset when I think about my experience there. Gill was rough in her manner from start to finish - she rubbed my head several times quite vigorously with a wet paper towel because I had used the root spray tint, saying it was horrible stuff. It was only when I said no other hairdresser tries to remove it that she stopped. All down the back of my jumper was soaking wet after she washed my hair. I have thick, wiry hair, not the easiest to manage perhaps but I truly got the feeling that Gill could not be bothered with doing my hair,. After washing my hair she used a comb to pull at the tugs rather than a brush which was painful. There was minimal conversation regarding how I would like my hair cut. And I felt drying my hair was rushed so much so that I had to straighten it properly myself when I got home as well as change my wet jumper.

   Really so delighted and impressed with this salon and my stylist Gill! She restored my faith in hairdressers after a series of bad experiences and gave me a fantastic cut and colour. Then a couple of weeks later I took my additional needs son in and she was wonderful with him too - not only did she and colleagues accommodate his needs, he got a great - and complete! - hair cut, which earned a sought-after hug from my boy. Would recommend for anyone.

   Been at Ash Pro couple a day's ago to get keratin treatment. The service was splendid. My hair was done by Abbie, I just loved the way she handled everything. The keratin treatment takes hours but still she was very patient and the quality of the work was excellent. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The price rate for the services are quite affordable and the services provided are really professional . I would surely recommend this salon.

   Just back from Ashpro. They've refurbished this place and it looks amazing, so spacious as well. As always the staff were warm and welcoming. Megan coloured my hair today and I absolutely love it. She's done a brilliant job. I was a bit nervous at first about getting it done but Megan was so reassuring. The end result? I had nothing to worry about, she's done an amazing job. I can't stop looking at it in the mirror. Thank you Megan, as always she's done a brilliant job. I very highly recommend this salon. Been coming here for 4years now. The owner Ashley is very welcoming too.

   Discovered this salon through a friend who recommended Liam and she gave good advice! The salon itself is beautiful, really nicely decorated. Comfy head rests at the sink (important!) and Liam and all the staff are lovely. Liam's also very talented and patient with my masses of hair plus an undercut. Highly recommend Ash Pro Hair! :)

   This was my first vist to Ash and it’s a great salon. Very modern, airy design with great lighting. Very clean and no clutter, some salons have junk lying about but i found this place organised and balanced. The young ladies who were on the reception were friendly and welcoming. Liam was my hair dresser and he did a brilliant job, paid attention to detail and was very professional while also being friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back. :) x
