No staff watch the baby bit at all older ones where running about mad at baby bit and in the 1 years to 4 years bit . My 1 year old got hurt and had to leave early. The staff don't watch the play areas every bit of staff in kitchen or till should have someone on the floor aswell to make sure the right age groups in right place.
We had our little boys 4th birthday party there recently and I was very impressed by the attentive staff, good quality food and reasonable prices for everything. The kids who came along enjoyed the day and cakes and snacks were excellent. thanks for a lovely day to all.
As the tables and play area are quite close, it's good for keeping an eye on your kids but can be noisy during really busy times. Toilets are clean and tidy. Food can be a bit pricey so bring your own snacks. Free WiFi available. Also has a separate play area for the under 4s. Parties can be booked here which has a separate dining room from the main hall. Staff seem friendly enough with plenty of smiles
Soft play great for my 3 year old and prices reasonable. Only complaint is there should be an age limit or height limit on the kids playing as there were a fair few big kids running about that would have knocked my little one over if I hadn't have been there.
Only heard good things
Kids love the soft play. Just a shame about the state of the toilets and the manners of the staff. Customer service is clearly not one of their strong points. We had to send some food back to the kitchen, as the kitchen staff are on view rolling their eyes is not really acceptable. People are paying for food if it is not up to scratch people will send it back.
I bring my little boy who is 10 months so he only goes in the baby bit. It nice that it's part of it but also separate so bigger children can't run through the baby area. Good coffee and food and reasonable sensible prices. My only negative is that it's very cold especially for babies who don't move alot and can't warm up unlike the bigger kids running around. Would definitely recommend
