   I was desperately needing a haircut and popped in at the end of last week. I wish I would have waited and went to my regular barber. I asked for a fade, a 1 and a 2. There is no sign of any fade, it's a 1 all over and my hair is so short, a mess, shaved it right up to my crown. To make matters worse the next day my face and forehead along the scalp broke out in spots/redness, a rash and it's still not gone away completely. I think the scissors/equipment used has been dirty and caused this. Dreadful all round

   First time in with my 4 year old autistic grandson. Amazing help from staff helped calm him down to a point where they could cut his hair with minimal reactions. Thank you so much to the staff, really went beyond to help my grandson. Guess where we'll be taking him in future.
