I wanted to apply for German Schengen visa today. The staff was so rude. The girl said my application form is wrong. Said “I don’t know where you dowloaded it from, you should download the form from VisaMetric site”. I dowloaded it from VisaMetric site! Later I checked the form and it was the right one! She wanted proof of address, I gave Council Tax, she said it’s old (3 months ago). I’m asking you which proof of address documant stronger than Council Tax? And you know that Council tax bill coming only one time in a year. The man was better, at least he wanted to help. Oh and also we spent 5 hours to go there from Aberdeen. How can they send us back just for the proof of address? Everywhere on the documents that I gave writing my address with my name! And you know what, I have been to Germany so many times before, but I won’t go there again!

No need for VIP service, if you are applying for Germany you must have your insurance to Europe not only for Germany otherwise it will not be accepted ! And it is not written in the website ! Be careful!

Worst visa service in the world. No organisation, no communication whatsoever, no updates sent, and they seem to have lost my passport on top of that. What kind of visa centre does not even have a photo Booth? It should be shut down ASAP.
