   I see a number of people who have not really used the services of the consulate are leaving negative reviews. As someone who has, (I have well over 10 visas issued by this visa center alone), the staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming.    Most impolite service ever! Dear consulate staff, it seems that you forgot about such concepts as politeness and subordination. You are the official representative of Russian Federation on the territory of foreign country, so why do you treat your visitors as they are low-class people? I see that your are trying to be “Europeans”, however European people are not so rude with anybody. I truly believe, this review will be read by someone who can influence on the current situation and your customer service skills will be improved.
