   Received a gel extension manicure however would not recommend booking in for similar. I had to ask for nails to be reshaped and still had to refile them myself once home due to all being uneven. Due to extremely vigorous hand filing I’ve been cut on multiple cuticles despite me making the nail tech aware of the pain. The application of the actual nail gel itself has flooded my cuticles and is causing pain due to the pulling and pressure, along with being lumpy. I paid £45 for nails which I will be removing myself at home. Nail tech was lovely and pleasant however maybe requires some more training on extensions.

   How do I begin? It's terrible that I had to pay £48 for gel extensions as a new customer and not even receive a professional manicure for this amount of money. Although my technician was incredibly kind, I'm not paying £48 for pleasant conversation. While color is fantastic, detail-orientedness is essential. I had to request several times to get each nail filed straight—a big no. The edges lack enough precision. Some nails tiny, some thick. Especially considering the cost, the nails are uneven and poorly polished.

   I had booked in just for BIAB removal and unfortunately have been left with damage nails. The staff member was lovely but seemed to lack experience, another staff member stepped in towards the end of the appointment as the salon was closing. However my nails had already been filed in attempted to remove the polish. I’ve had to cut my nails right down since due to breakage and have deep groves from the electrical file. Think more experience is needed before charging full price for a service

   Went here about a week ago for a shellac manicure and the first woman absolutely butchered my cuticles - I had to pull away in pain twice before the (assumed?) manager stepped in to complete the manicure. I was shocked considering the premium pricing of the place that someone would be so rough and damaging on the nails, it wasn’t relaxing at all. And in less than a week, one nail completely came off and my cuticles are still red and peeling, much worse than when I went there. The owner was nice and gave me a discount but it was an awful experience, especially considering the price and the lack of longevity.

   I visited The Nail Corner to get my nails prepped for my best friend's wedding as I was her bridesmaid. I arrived to the stunning little studio which was bright and welcoming. I loved all the flowers at reception as well! Abby did my nails for me and was the loveliest happiest person I've ever met! I've only had my nails done once before so I was clueless to what I should get but Abby made me feel so comfortable and was so patience with me talking me through all the different styles like extensions and gel polish. Abby took extra care and attention when doing my gel polish and gave me a beautiful little rose gold heart on my nails which I absolutely LOVE! I highly recommend this nail salon for anyone who wants an amazing experience with the most loveliest of people! I will definitely be back to get my stunning nails topped up! Thank you ladies :)!!

   I love the Nail Corner. I never really had ‘nails’ before coming to the Nail Corner and I can’t believe the miracle they have worked on my nails. I am now proud to show off my nails after years of hiding them from view. The Girls are so talented and are really friendly and natural and I always look forward to my ‘me time’ appointments at the Nail Corner. I would highly recommend.

   Lovely salon, both Ildiko & Laura are fab, take so much care and time with your nails and they last longer than anywhere else I have ever tried. Hygiene measures excellent re Covid-19 and felt very safe throughout my appointment! Thoroughly recommend
