Staff dont listen. Said I wanted a French manicure gel nail Polish only. Said I didn't want BIAB and didn't want my nails reshaped. So gave me BIAB and totally reshaped my nails. White section also has lots of bubbles. Not pleased.
Been coming here for a while and I am always so impressed with my nails! The staff are very friendly and diligent, always double checking to make sure I am happy with my nails. Highly recommend.
Came here few times me and my daughter . Came day before we had an 2pm flight from Edinburgh next day , after two. And half hours , my nails Were Done , daughter did want a proper Detail done , she got The nails On and slightly shaped Mine were finished , Almost 3 hours later asked to Come back at 9 am next day when they knew we had to leave at 11am For Edinburgh as they were losing customers, Well just lost two customers For Good ‘! Happy to wait for Good nails But half job on mr daughter and 12 days later mine are lifting and painful , put tape on them till I can get Them Off tomo Also After reading Your Feedback I have the correct Shop ! Cathcart Road I’ll share the card I have tomorrow as it’s in my car And my daughter and I have came To you many times ‘she is 13 your Daughter gave I all sweets and made my daughter a bracelet, guess I made that up too !! Just been in for shellac on fingers and toes and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much I love my nails.
They quickly accommodated me with undoing one nail done elsewhere and then painting it the next day no fuss - for free. Friendly, kind people, worth supporting. I just needed help with that one finger as I was going to go under anesthesia at New Victoria.
What a fantastic service and salon! I'm overjoyed with my nails! They graciously accommodated me at the last minute and gave me a proper manicure complete with a lovely hand scrub and cuticle treatment. They took great care of my nails and paid close attention to detail. Really pleased with the colour and shape ,there got a wide range to choose from. They can do amazing ombre nails as well as a variety of creative designs. I highly recommend it!
The tech took great care to ensure that my nails were done perfectly. I am soooo pleased with the results and can’t stop looking at my nails. I am looking forward to my next appointment with them!!
I am so happy I got an appointment with them! They are such perfectionists :) I got a pedicure and apres nails with them - and it was fabulous. My manicure was exactly how I wanted it to be. Best place to get your nails done in Glasgow!
My wife and I went for a pedicure and left feeling rejuvenated! I had some stress, but Tony's massage was wonderful and truly helped! And the salon’s atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, I love ittt! We’ll definitely be back.
