   Don’t waste your time and money with this firm. Nightmare from start to finish. First, the meeting started 30 minutes late. I was supposed to call the lawyer at the start of the meeting, but the admin team had neither told me this nor had they passed on the lawyers phone number to me. When I finally received the lawyers number, she did not pick up (twice). I had to contact the firm on WhatsApp to request her to call me. Terrible start. The call with the lawyer then started with an argument. I had agreed with the admin team that I’d signed up for a meeting with a lawyer to discuss and view my Visa documentation. I had been told on the phone that I could send documents over to the lawyer via email and she would review my documents in our session. However, at the start of the meeting, she refused to look at them, and after a couple of minutes of hostile exchanges, she reluctantly agreed to look at them. She was rude throughout the argument, and I felt uncomfortable with her on the phone. The call then moved onto another argument regarding our eligibility. The lawyer doubted our eligibility for the Visa. We had been under the impression that we were eligible, but instead of quoting relevant Home Office documentation, she asserted her point of view by repeating herself over and over. The tone of the lawyer was rude throughout. When my partner and I sought clarification on things she said she rudely asserted that she had said this already. Overall, the tone of the meeting was horrific, and this meeting is the worst way I’ve spent £300 in a long time. Would give 0 stars if I could. My advice would be don’t waste your money here and go with a proper firm.
