Great place! I come for acrylic extensions (almond shape, bubble bath pink powder) and every single time they are perfect! I have 2 girls (6&9) they bring pictures of nail art and the nail tecs are just absolutely wonderful with them and manage to bring their vision to life on their tiny wee nails! Always a lovely experience.
I would give this place -100 if I could! The WORST nail salon ever. I don’t know how they’ve not been shut down. I came here for the first time and it’s definitely my last. I asked for a French design on acrylics and the way they’ve done the nails is just so unprofessional I’m not even sure how they’re qualified. The actual nail wasn’t filed properly it’s still jaggy at the edges no proper shape. The French is SEE THROUGH it looks like cheap Primark nails that I could’ve got for £1!!! They do NOT take care when filing your natural nail as they make my cuticles bleed as they were too rough but didn’t care. A woman who’s daughter got her nails done came in to complain as her daughters cuticles were also bleeding all of them but the staff in there took no responsibility. Rude and unprofessional staff and poor quality of nails. Do NOT recommend.
Got my nails done and asked for them to be gentle with the drill due to being nicked with the drill previously, the man then put down the drill and said "she will do them" walked away? The staff then all spoke and laughed looking at me, i felt very uncomfortable. The place has rude staff and in my opinion unclean. They dont clean wash hands between clients which is disgusting after doing a pedicure. Horrible rude ignorant staff. Will never go back
This is my one and only place to get my nails done! Ann and her staff are always so friendly and professional! Lovely staff that are very welcoming! Ann is incredible!! Her talents have never failed to amaze me! I go for Halloween every month and she always gives me the most incredible nails! Her colleagues in the shop are fantastic! The shop is bright, welcoming, spacious and clean all the time! I genuinely love having my nails done here! It’s always a pleasure having my nails done here! Thank you for always being amazing! x
Had to wait an hour after arriving at 5pm due to how busy it was but the men working were very quick regardless. They only take cash and there seemed to be some confusion over costs for folks. My nails came out fantastic though so the service itself was perfect and they sort mistakes quickly.
They are the best I have done ombre acrylic and they looked amazing Wong is super fast and professional. Will always do my nails with them. Thank, Ameena
My second spa pedi and gel, absolutely just as fantastic as the first time I visited. Professional, friendly and go out of their way to help, especially when I couldn't get on the WiFi . This is my new regular for my feet, can't wait until my next visit, thanks everyone at Sunny Nails and Spa
I have been using Sunny Nails since it opened. Great service everytime! June and her team do a fabulous job, regardless of what you ask for. They can also be super creative with nail art and there own recommendations.
