I'm sorry to say I won't be back. There used to be a good quality service but now the priority seems to be to get people out as quickly as possible regardless of the condition you leave nails in. I can do my own nails to this standard, that's why I go to a professional nail technician. My nails are not even, the polish is patchy, no cuticle care and please stop filling nails without actually looking at the person's hand. Not only is it causing some of the issue but it's also pretty rude.

Honestly hands down best place I have ever been. Acrylics last weeks even had them on 5 weeks and still goes strong. Also got flames painted on, real nail art rather than stickers. Wouldn't go anywhere else, and I live in Greenock put it that way, worth the journey. Lovely and respectful staff.

Very poor experience. Pedicure was rushed & poor quality. Expressed my concerns & met with a hostile reaction.

I went in for Christmas nails, a French manicure with glitter, the guy asked me what colour I'd like the base I tried to explain there was no base colour just clear but he done a pale pink anyway they are nice but I would have preferred what I asked for don't think ill go back he also moved my phone away from me I was trying to get the picture to show him again disappointed and it was £30

First time in today. Very happy with my nails however think they took advantage as I don't get my nails done often so I showed a picture of the ones i wanted however I felt it would've been much cheaper they used powder when could've easily done gel. I don't know q lot about the difference as I don't get my nails done but not sure it was worth over £30. Staff made me feel a little uncomfortable too. Lovely vibe to the salon though and they did good job.
