   My friend recommends this brand to me as they are satisfied with their mattress. Shop at Leith is very spacious. Iain helped us throughout the buying process with his professional knowledge. We have got enough time to try on different products. A very good buying experience. On the choice of product and buying experience side, we will recommend Dreams to other friends. I hope the mattress that we have bought are also up to our expectations. I am looking for that and will give it a review later.

   When doggie and myself walked into the shop and started browsing we were welcomed by Godfrey. He had us on a fitting machine which measures body shape and alignment. We tried recommended bed, and the next 8 beds nearby. Then I found out about the display models very marked down. Tried the medium topped mattress and found the one! So comfy but soft on broken ribs. He listened to our plight of potentially sleeping on the carpet, offered a free airbed pillows and mattress protector. All while serving 2 other lots of customers. Very happy with Godfrey at Dreams.

   We recently bought a mattress from Dreams Edinburgh, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The showroom was clean, well laid out, and had a great selection to choose from. A special mention to Godfrey, who helped us during our visit — he was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different options clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly, professional approach made the process really easy and enjoyable. We’re delighted with our new mattress — it’s super comfortable and exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend Dreams Edinburgh and especially Godfrey to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

   My bed frame is cracked when they come as new. I was trying to comment at their website but they have delete my comment which is ridiculous so i have to comment on google to let everyone know. When i request to replace the bed frame i have to wait for over a month to get that bed frame replaced. I have to request another holiday to wait for the delivery and they have no single apologize for this happen. The customer services is very bad, they dont answer my email. Also, their workmanship is very very bad. The nail that hold the velvet are expose to the air and hurt my leg. They is very serious problem. I dont know why they dont check their product before selling to the guest or maybe they have checked already and they think this level of workmanship are already meet their standard. In this order i have spent over £2,700 and turns out they give me this. I would not buy dreams bed again as they have poor QC and CS.

   I contacted dreams about 6 months ago complaining that my mattress did not come up to standard and was sagging in the middle. A specialist was sent who inspected it. He did not apply to covid standards, laid on the bed using an old dust sheet resulting in my wife having to clean the mattress. I explained that I was in and out of hospital with terminal cancer but heard nothing further. I wrote to the head of customer support and the chief executive (twice) and neither had the decency to reply. I paid over £1700 for the mattress and cover (recommended by the store ) but have heard nothing. My cancer is getting worse and want either a new mattress or my money returned. The warranty expired in September but was well within cover when I started the procedure. In the end I am still left with a sub standard product. I would not recommend dreams to anyone now after buying dreams products most of my life. If I could score 0 if I could. Shocking service!!!

   Dreams probably has the worst customer service you will find anywhere. Whilst their staff in the shops are friendly and helpful, as soon as you have an issue you are required to contact their customer service line and cannot deal with it in the shop. Their bed frames are poor quality and I have wasted hours on the phone to them trying to rectify things that were their fault in the first place. They promise to deal with things and never follow through. After having a damaged bed delivered three times we wanted a refund. No one showed up on the day they promised to collect the damaged bed and when you phone again they say they have no record of anything. Staff are rude over the phone and if you request to speak to a manager you never receive a call back. Spare yourself the hassle and buy your bed from somewhere else.
