   We had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. We were told it would take a week to fit the kitchen, possibly a further week to do final finishing bits and pieces, and we wouldn't be without services for more than a couple of days. Three weeks in, we were still using our bathroom sink for drinking water and microwaving dinner in the living room... The work started at the beginning of December and we were still trying to get them to rectify outstanding issues at the end of March. Endless chasing, phone calls not being returned, workers late or not turning up at all on countless occasions... they had absolutely no interest in rectifying things, and quibbled over every last problem raised with them. We had so been looking forward to finally getting our new kitchen, but the stress of the months it took to get sorted (and still some things are outstanding even now!!) makes me shudder every time I go in there. Note that this company also seems to go by the name of Fair Price Kitchens and Bathrooms. Awful. One star because it won't let me give zero.
