My Daughter got her first set of acrylic nails done here. Was really happy with them xx
First time getting my nails done and I was so happy with them. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and my nails where exactly the same as the picture. Service was excellent and I recommend and will defo be going back.
I called to try get a price on acrylic nails for my daughter and the man that answered was very rude when I asked what the price would be then kept asking me what time I wanted to be booked in for, I repeated that I was looking for how much it would cost and he hung up on me. Very poor customer service.
My nails are brill, exactly what I asked for. The service was really good, and I even got a hand massage (but there were no customers waiting). Definately be going back@
staff were lovely, nails were amazing will be coming again!
Have given one star as that was the least I could give. Went for a pedicure (wasn't getting any polish) , took longer to get my shoes off and on. Wasn't on the chair for 10mins, obviously had never done a pedicure before as didn't have a clue what he was doing....absolute joke won't be back. Had the cheek to charge £22..... AVIOD THIS NAIL BAR!!!!!
i went a couple of weeks ago and my nails were really good but sadly i went today and u wasn’t happy with the services due to the fact that what I had asked for was not what I recieved! I asked for my nails to be longer which then the man cut them shorter? The colours were nothing like the picture, I really Hope you can improve this, thanks.
I went here and got my nails done a couple months ago. They do good nails but they made my finger bleed, smoke was coming from the back room I didn't really understand them and one of the nails technicians phone kept ringing.
