Avoid this SCAM company!!!!!!! I placed my order on the 28th of May, and it has not been delivered yet. I have been calling and emailing customer service every week asking for a full refund, but they just ignore me. I'm disappointed in Villeroy & Boch's name. I want my money back!!!!!
