    I ordered a delivery of 18 sheets of plasterboard ,8 bags of plaster and 8 length of coving. The delivery showed up late and was delivered by a young boy on his own in a curtainside tuck with no pallet truck or any possible way of unloading the materials on his own. I had to lift all the stuff off myself ,then one of the boards was ruined as it had been the bottom of a pallet. I lost two hours of my day and didn’t have enough materials to complete my project. I definitely won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend.

    The staff are friendly and helpful and great to deal with if you are a woman. The selection of materials is excellent, and everything is of good quality and fairly priced. They also have an eficient delivery service. I have found the staff to be knowledgeable about their products and are able to give good advice to the amateur, which is not often the case in builders merchants. I would definitely recommend this business. BTW, I am not related.
