Visited Huws Gray for the first time today and the staff could not have been more helpful. Only had a few things to pick up for a DIY project, but will certainly use them in the future.

Have had deliveries of building materials a couple of times now. Excellent service from Cheryl, Vicky and Lauren, professional and very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are a credit to your branch. Jimmy the driver who delivered to me was fantastic as well.
I was looking for a keylite upvc roof window urgently. Spoke to Graham at this branch. Whilst not in stock at his branch, he said he would check all the other branches and come back to me. He called back with the info that the Airdrie branch had 3 in stock. Suggested I phone to confirm as I was travelling from Dunoon. Called and confirmed the wentto uplift. Great service throughout and a big thanks to Graham. The window was also £30 cheaper than online.
